NaNoWriMo word count day 14: 12526

I really wanted to make it to 15,000 this weekend, but I guess I'll settle for the 1/4 mark. I got through a sticky scene I had started into before i realized what I was doing, a long flashback that conveniently illustrates some limitations on my main character.
Today was a long day of shopping, laundry and chores followed by two new episodes of Avatar I wasn't expecting but pleasantly surprised. I spent two hours combing the Market for specials and came home with several cuts of lamb for further experiments in hypo-allergenic foods. With Demonoid down I couldn't get my weekly comic book fix, and I am not sure if there will be a decent replacement any time soon. I find sometimes comics help with quick bursts of inspiration, their nature dictating a faster pace of story than the traditional novel.

Thursdays are my Monday, and double-hell of having to be up two hours earlier than usual. I shouldn't be up this late but I wanted to reward myself for hitting the 1/4 mark by watching an episode of Ghost Hound.
