Alas, I don't know what type of meat to promote today. Do you? I am taking suggestions.

I'm not a big meat eater but I like meat. I try to eat red meat once a week. I think meat needs a new name though. "Meat" sounds so harsh. Some meat, when cooked properly, will melt like butter in your mouth, and it almost seems like an insult to call it meat.

My brother makes a mean prime rib roast with yorkshire pudding. It's incredible. I think I'm going to bug him to invite me to dinner.
